Zoomix is a Chrome-based screen recording extension that enhances recordings with features such as automatic zoom, cursor tracking, and visual styling.

We may update, modify, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time without prior notice.

4. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

  • Use Zoomix in compliance with all applicable laws
  • Not record or distribute content without proper authorization
  • Not use the Service for illegal, harmful, or abusive purposes
  • Not attempt to interfere with, disrupt, or reverse engineer the Service
  • Not attempt unauthorized access to any systems or data

5. Recordings & Data

Zoomix primarily stores recordings locally on your device.

If cloud or sharing features are introduced, you acknowledge that your content may be processed to enable those features.

You are solely responsible for the content you record and share.

6. Payments & Pricing

Some features may require a paid plan.

  • Payments are processed securely via third-party providers (e.g., Stripe)
  • Pricing may change at any time
  • Lifetime or one-time purchases apply only to the features available at the time of purchase unless otherwise stated

7. Refund Policy

Refunds may be offered within a limited period (e.g., 7 days) at our discretion.

After this period, payments are non-refundable unless required by law.

8. Intellectual Property

All rights, title, and interest in Zoomix, including software, branding, and features, remain the property of Zoomix.

You retain ownership of the content you create using the Service.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Zoomix shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from:

  • Use or inability to use the Service
  • Data loss or recording issues
